Yolanda Martinez
Senior Care Advisor

Yolanda joined the Grannie on the Move team in 2022, bringing with her nearly three decades of hands-on experience in senior care. Her journey began in 1994 as a CNA in skilled nursing, inspired by the love and care she provided to her own grandparents.

When her family made the difficult decision to move her grandmother into assisted living, Yolanda found her calling. She began working in that same community as a Resident Care Coordinator, where her passion and leadership quickly stood out. With the support and mentorship of a leader named Cathy, Yolanda stepped into the role of Administrator, overseeing two newly opened memory care communities. Under her leadership, both maintained full occupancy and held the lowest staff turnover in the company—a testament to the strong, compassionate team she built.

Her success led to several promotions, eventually bringing her to Boise—and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Outside of work, Yolanda enjoys spending time with her children exploring the outdoors and soaking in the natural beauty of Idaho.

Yolanda’s deep experience, genuine compassion, and unwavering dedication to seniors make her an invaluable part of our team.
